Brokerdienstverlening Inhuur MIRT-projecten Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Den Haag De Gemeente Den Haag werkt, in samenwerking met andere overheden en publieke organisaties, aan verschillende grootschalige infrastructurele projecten die onderdeel uitmaken van het Meerjarenprogramma Infrastructuur, Ruimte en Transport (MIRT). Binnen deze projecten treedt de Gemeente Den Haag als penvoerder op en is daarmee verantwoordelijk voor het aanbesteden en contracteren van benodigde diensten namens de betrokken samenwerkingspartners. De voorbereiding en uitvoering van deze projecten vraagt om de inzet van tijdelijke professionals met specifieke kennis en ervaring op het gebied van complexe infrastructurele projecten. De benodigde expertise bevindt zich met name binnen de disciplines projectmanagement, contractmanagement, technisch management, omgevingsmanagement en projectbeheersing. De behoefte aan deze capaciteit verschilt per project en per projectfase. Om tijdig te kunnen beschikken over gekwalificeerde professionals en de inhuur van tijdelijke capaciteit op een uniforme en beheersbare wijze te organiseren, wenst de Gemeente Den Haag een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één brokerdienstverlener. De brokerdienstverlener ondersteunt de gemeente bij het werven, selecteren, contracteren en administratief faciliteren van tijdelijke professionals voor de MIRT-projecten. De Aanbesteding is niet verdeeld in percelen. De gemeente verwacht dat de gevraagde dienstverlening door één marktpartij integraal kan worden uitgevoerd.
