Nictiz is voornemens een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor brokerdienstverlening ten behoeve van de inhuur van zelfstandigen zonder personeel (zzp'ers). De dienstverlening omvat onder meer het faciliteren van de contractering, administratieve afhandeling en ondersteuning bij de rechtmatige inzet van zelfstandige professionals.
