Description
De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor het afsluiten van de dienstverlening van een externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk (EDPBW) voor de personeelsleden van de werkgevers van de GIDPBW Brugge volgens de bepalingen in boek II, titel 3 van de codex over het welzijn op het werk. De aanbestedende overheid wenst een beroep te doen op een partner voor haar preventie-activiteiten en de uitvoering van het welzijnsbeleid. De externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk zal de taken uitvoeren die zijn vastgelegd in de Codex over het welzijn op het werk en moet beschikken over een geldige accreditatie voor het hele land. Het welzijnsbeleid wordt gevoerd op basis van een dynamisch risicobeheersysteem dat rekening houdt met de specifieke risico's op de werkplek. Dit risicobeheersysteem heeft betrekking op de in de wet genoemde domeinen: arbeidsveiligheid, bescherming van de gezondheid, psychosociale aspecten, ergonomie, arbeidshygiëne, verfraaiing van de werkplek en maatregelen inzake leefmilieu. Aanvullend kan gebruik gemaakt worden van het volledige aanbod aan diensten van de opdrachtnemer.
