Description
Voorliggende concessie bestaat uit het leveren, plaatsen, onderhouden en exploiteren van: • busschuilinfrastructuur; • stadsplanborden (opgedeeld in ‘traditionele modellen’ met affiches enerzijds en op specifieke locaties ‘digitale varianten’ anderzijds); • aanplakzuilen voor affiches. hierna genoemd ‘straatmeubilair’, op het openbaar domein van de stad Brugge. De concessiehouder verkrijgt binnen de krijtlijnen van deze Concessieleidraad het exclusieve exploitatierecht, en dus ook het exploitatierisico, van dit straatmeubilair op het Brugse grondgebied. De concessiehouder voorziet daarbij zelf in de plaatsing, het onderhoud en het herstel van dit straatmeubilair. De concessiehouder kan geen gebruik maken van bestaand straatmeubilair. De concessiehouder past tijdens de duur van de concessie op bevel van de aanbesteder het aantal en de locaties van het straatmeubilair aan. Het te plaatsen straatmeubilair moet nieuw zijn en aan alle opgelegde standaarden en kwaliteitseisen voldoen. De concessiehouder staat gedurende de volledige looptijd van de concessie tevens in voor de nodige verwijderingen van het straatmeubilair binnen een redelijke termijn wanneer de aanbesteder hiertoe opdracht geeft (bijv. bij het einde van de concessie, bij de uitvoering van werken, bij herzieningen van dienstverlening bij bv. De Lijn,…).
