The purpose of the framework agreements to be concluded within the framework of the present procedure is to carry out the renovation, transformation, maintenance, and demolition of buildings owned and managed by MÁV Zrt. and MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. and the utility facilities serving them, in accordance with the requirements of the present day, using modern technical and technological tools determined by MÁV Zrt., with a high-quality design. The function of the buildings is related to railway operations, largely passenger stations, operational, social, warehouse, and hall buildings, but educational, cultural, medical, residential, and other buildings and structures are also found. Work involving the renovation and maintenance of buildings under local protection, as well as the construction and renovation of roads, sidewalks, and parking lots associated with the buildings, will certainly be ordered. The renovation, maintenance, and demolition work of buildings and their associated utilities, building engineering, electrical networks, and elevators largely include the following works: • Preparation works (clearing, earthworks, shallow foundations, formwork, scaffolding) • Structural, masonry works (concreting, bricklaying, plastering, insulation, other masonry works) • Carpentry, tinsmith, roofing, and insulation works • Tiling works (subfloors, cold and hot tiling) • Surface finishing (painting, varnishing, wallpapering, corrosion protection) • Building carpentry, locksmith, glazing works • Building engineering and utility construction tasks (water, gas, heating installation, air conditioning installation, building electrical, elevator renovation and maintenance) • Building demolition • Design tasks as needed.
