A Budapesti XVIII. és XIX. Kerületi Bíróság (1191 Budapest, Kossuth tér 7-9.) épületének külső és munkanaponkénti belső rendszeres takarítása és éves nagytakarítása, valamint a kapcsolódó egyéb takarítási szolgáltatások teljesítése Vállalkozási Szerződés keretében 36 hónap időtartam alatt, - tervezetten 2027.02.01. napjától 2030.01.31. napjáig -, mely magába foglalja az épület 2 235 m2 összes belső szintterületének (napi, heti, havi), valamint az épületen kívüli külső területek mindösszesen 1810 m2 évszaknak megfelelő rendszeres takarítási munkáit, továbbá az épület éves nagytakarítási munkáinak ellátását. A nyertes ajánlattevő feladatát képezi továbbá az épület éves nagytakarítási munkáinak ellátása keretében évente 1 (egy) alkalommal 833 m2 ablak-, és üvegfelület tisztítása, és az épületben lévő összesen 377 m2 nylon függöny és összesen 425 m2 sötétítő tisztítása, annak le-, és felszerelésével együtt.
