Miejsce inwestycji: Działki nr 64/1, 64/5, 64/6; Obręb: 0018 Widoma, Jednostka Ewidencyjna: 120603_2 Iwanowice. 4.3. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 4.3.1. Budowę budynku magazynowego na potrzeby ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej. W jego skład wchodzą następujące obiekty i urządzenia budowlane, wymagające pozwolenia na budowę: 4.3.1.1. układ komunikacyjny o nawierzchni z betonu asfaltowego, zawierający plac manewrowy, dojścia, dojazdy i miejsca postojowe; 4.3.1.2. budynek magazynowy wraz z instalacjami wewnętrznymi; 4.3.1.3. zewnętrzne instalacje elektryczne; 4.3.1.4. zewnętrzna instalacja kanalizacji sanitarnej wraz ze zbiornikiem szczelnym na nieczystości ciekłe; 4.3.1.5. rozbudowa sieci wodociągowej z zabudową trzech hydrantów naziemnych oraz budowa przyłącza wody; 4.3.2.
