Construction of a multi-family residential building with commercial units, underground garage, and accompanying works at Mościckiego Street

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a multi-family residential building with an underground garage and a commercial part on the ground floor of the building, along with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development on plots no. 5/5, 5/2, AM-17, Brochów district, and accompanying works consisting of the reconstruction of the road layout along with technical infrastructure and the reconstruction of a section of the water supply network. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular: a) construction of a multi-family residential building with an underground garage and a commercial part on the ground floor of the development, with the necessary technical infrastructure, connection to municipal networks, and land development on plots no. 5/5, AM-17, Brochów district; b) realization of commercial units in accordance with the design documentation, c) realization and finishing of a commercial unit intended for a Public Kindergarten in accordance with the documentation and interior design; d) development of a green square; e) reconstruction of the road layout of Mościckiego, Wietnamska, Pakistańska, and Semaforowa streets along with the necessary technical infrastructure (road lighting, MKT), pedestrian paths, bicycle paths, parking spaces, and greenery; f) construction of a storm water drainage system in Pakistańska and Wietnamska streets and inlets to the sewage system in Mościckiego Street; g) construction of an electrical power supply network for backup power; h) reconstruction of the water supply network in Pakistańska Street; i) reconstruction of the medium and low voltage electrical network section conflicting with the investment; j) reconstruction of the telecommunication network section conflicting with the investment; k) felling of greenery in accordance with administrative decisions held by the Ordering Party; l) execution of compensatory plantings on areas constituting the Company's resources in the Brochów district, indicated by the Ordering Party; m) obtaining in the name of the Ordering Party a legally binding decision on a permit for use or a certificate of no objection to the notification of completion of construction, prepared and submitted in accordance with art. 59 of the Building Law; n) handover of the facility for use and active participation in the settlement of residential units.
