Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej umożliwiającej realizację zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Budowa centrum produkcji zielonej energii z wykorzystaniem gospodarki obiegu zamkniętego” (wraz przeniesieniem na Zamawiającego autorskich praw majątkowych do tej dokumentacji projektowej, uzyskaniem wszelkich zgód i pozwoleń niezbędnych do realizacji robót budowlanych oraz sprawowaniem nadzoru autorskiego nad realizacją robót) oraz realizacja na jej podstawie zadania inwestycyjnego, a także dostawę materiałów eksploatacyjnych na pierwsze zalanie, rozruch oraz pierwszy pełny rok eksploatacji dostarczanych urządzeń oraz serwis wybranych dostarczanych urządzeń.
