1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, obejmującego wykonanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej dotyczącej budowy drogi dla rowerów wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą uzupełniającą, na podstawie, której możliwa będzie realizacja inwestycji zarówno pod względem formalno-prawnym jak i technicznym oraz wykonanie robót zgodnie z tym projektem. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia swym zakresem obejmuje w szczególności wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem na rzecz i w imieniu Zamawiającego decyzji ZRID oraz budowę drogi dla rowerów wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą uzupełniającą na odcinku Blizanów Drugi-Godziątków. 3. Zamówienie realizowane jest w ramach projektu „Powiat Kaliski przyjazny rowerzystom – Budowa ścieżek rowerowych”, dofinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Wielkopolski 2021-2027. 4. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia określają: załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (Program funkcjonalno-użytkowy) oraz załącznik nr 9 (Istotne postanowienia umowy). 5.
