The subject of the order are construction works consisting in particular of: 1) site preparation for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings; 2) construction of two multi-family residential buildings with technical infrastructure, where a) building no. 1 (B1) is a basement building, five-story with a flat roof, with a so-called high ground floor; The staircase is equipped with a passenger elevator adapted for the transport of disabled people; in the basement, a garage hall, technical rooms and a bicycle room have been designed; the building structure is skeletal: reinforced concrete frames and beams, filigree type reinforced concrete ceilings, direct foundation on a foundation slab; traditional facade materials are planned; building facade insulation with polystyrene - light wet method. This applies in particular to connections: water, sewage, electricity, gas and telecommunications – to the extent necessary to achieve the investment goal, regardless of the degree of their inclusion in the design documentation or bill of quantities. 6) execution of internal water, sanitary sewage and rainwater sewage installations; 7) execution of natural gas installations, 8) installation of electrical and telecommunications systems ensuring use in accordance with their intended purpose, 9) construction of internal roads and parking spaces, as well as sidewalks and other elements of site development. 10) tree felling; 11) execution of green plantings; 12) finishing and equipping of apartments and common areas. 3. The value of the annual indicator of demand for non-renewable primary energy EP in the buildings created within the project may not exceed the value of 52 kWh (m2.year), which the Beneficiary of funds has committed to achieve, and which has obliged the Investor to ensure that the project does not cause serious harm to the environmental objectives defined in art. 9 of Regulation 2020/852, in accordance with art. 17 of this regulation (the values intended to be achieved are included in Annex no. 1 to the SWZ – Projected energy performance of the building). 4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the works in accordance with the DNSH principle ("Do No Significant Harm"), i.e. not to harm the environmental objectives of the European Union defined in art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, in particular by: - limiting greenhouse gas emissions, - rational management of resources...
