Construction of DN500 MOP 5.5 MPa gas pipeline Oświęcim-Szopienice-Tworzeń section, from Łąkowa Street in Imielin to ZZU KZ0505 in Mysłowice, approximately 3 km long – construction works

This tender concerns the execution of construction works for a high-pressure gas pipeline. The project involves building a section of the DN500/MOP 5.5 MPa gas pipeline on the Oświęcim-Szopienice-Tworzeń route. This specific section will extend from Łąkowa Street in Imielin to the ZZU KZ0505 facility in Mysłowice, covering a length of approximately 3 kilometers. Key elements of the contract include the construction of a new DN500 stop valve and release assembly, along with associated infrastructure, at the location of the existing KZ0505 assembly which is designated for demolition. Additionally, the project requires the construction of a private access road from the provincial road No. 934 (Imielińska Street) to the new stop valve and release assembly. The scope of works also encompasses the demolition of the existing DN500 stop valve and release assembly, identified as KZ0506, and the removal of two sections of the existing Oświęcim-Szopienice-Tworzeń DN500 gas pipeline, totaling 95 meters in length. Furthermore, the contractor will be responsible for the reconstruction of an existing cathodic protection station and the decommissioning of the current DN500 transmission gas pipeline. A crucial part of the contract is obtaining the permit for use for the completed investment on behalf of the Ordering Party. This project is vital for maintaining and upgrading the gas transmission network in the specified region.
