Adres obiektu: Teren bocznicy kolejowej Warszawa Grochów przy ul. Chłopickiego 53 w Warszawie, działka nr ew. 5/14 obręb 3-03-07. 2. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych (t. j. Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 1320 ze zm.), zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp” lub "Pzp". Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym. 3. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia zawiera SWZ i załączniki do SWZ, stanowiące jej integralną część.
