Construction of a Sports and Spectator Hall at the "Syrenka" stadium in Warsaw

The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and construction works related to the implementation of the Sports and Spectator Hall at the "Syrenka" stadium in Warsaw, based on the Functional Program (PFU) which constitutes VOLUME III of the SWZ. The basis for the preparation of the documentation is indicated in the PFU. The scope of the subject of the order includes the execution of works performed based on the Ordering Party's decisions, which will be made as a result of the technical solutions proposed by the Contractor. The scope of design and construction works should be consistent with the PFU. The subject of the order includes obtaining the necessary statements, agreements, and administrative decisions necessary for the construction, completion, and commissioning, including making notifications and obtaining a building permit and an occupancy permit. As part of the task, the Contractor is to design the communication infrastructure on the premises, including access roads, entrances, walkways and sidewalks, maneuvering areas, and traffic organization if required based on agreements.
