Przedmiot zamówienia, z uwagi na sposób finansowania i rozliczenia, realizowany będzie poprzez wykonanie dwóch zakresów zadania: Zakres Nr 1 – Budowa parkingu park & Ride w rejonie ul. Hutniczej w Lubinie (zakres zadania współfinansowany jest ze środków Unii Europejskiej : ZIT LGOF (Zintegrowane Inwestycje Terytorialne Legnicko-Głogowskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego) pochodzące z Funduszy Europejskich dla Dolnego Śląska 2021-2027 (FEDS) w ramach Priorytetu nr 3 Fundusze Europejskie na mobilności miejskiej Dolnego Śląska Działanie 3.1.
