Construction of a new route for provincial road No. 527 on the section from the city border to the railway overpass (Nowobałtycka Street) in Olsztyn

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a new route for provincial road No. 527 on the section from the city border to the railway overpass (Nowobałtycka Street). 2. The detailed scope of work is defined in the project documentation and the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works, referred to in art. 103 sec. 1 of the Act. The project documentation, technical specification for the performance and acceptance of works are attachments No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The description of the subject of the order and its size and scope are defined in the Terms of Reference and the draft contract, which is attachment No. 7 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority plans to award contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Act for the amount of PLN 50,000,000.00 under the conditions specified in the draft contract. The detailed subject and scope of construction works include: 1) construction and/or reconstruction of technical infrastructure: roads, streets, engineering structures, intersections, sidewalks, bicycle paths, driveways, pedestrian-bicycle paths, bus bays, technological channels, anti-noise and anti-glare screens, 2) construction works b. sanitary - construction and reconstruction of drainage and water supply and sewage systems, 3) construction works b. electrical, telecommunications, concerning traffic lights and ITS, and construction of fiber optic cable.
