Głównej 11 w granicach działki ewid. nr 3776/208, obręb ewid. Bielszowice, gmina Ruda Śląska, powiat Ruda Śląska, województwo śląskie. Remont dachu obejmuje wymianę istniejącej konstrukcji więźby dachowej wraz z pokryciem na nową oraz wymianę ocieplenia stropu nad parterem. Remont dachu jest związany z projektowanym montażem instalacji systemu fotowoltaicznego oraz instalacji solarnej na konstrukcji dachu wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą.
