Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na dostawie, montażu i uruchomieniu 10 sztuk przydomowych oczyszczalni ścieków (POŚ) legitymujących się certyfikatem za zgodność z normą PN-EN 12566-3 lub równoważną; Oczyszczalnie będą zlokalizowane na terenie Gminy Skępe zgodnie z wykazem działek. Zakres robót obejmuje budowę przydomowych oczyszczalni ścieków z przyłączeniami kanalizacji sanitarnej z budynku mieszkalnego, odprowadzeniem ścieków oczyszczonych, zasilaniem elektrycznym, rozruchem technicznym i technologicznym. W przypadkach, gdy to będzie konieczne, w ramach zamówienia Wykonawca zakupi, dostarczy, zamontuje i uruchomi pompownię ścieków surowych lub oczyszczonych. Wymaga się aby, aby kompletna POŚ posiadały zgodność z normą PN-EN 12566-3 (lub równoważną). Urządzenie zastosowane do oczyszczania ścieków musi spełniać obowiązujące w Polsce przepisy i normy. Wymagana technologia oczyszczania ścieków – złoże obrotowe: System ma charakteryzować się kompaktową budową i w jego skład mają wchodzić: a) zbiornik z materiału GRP, w środku którego znajdują się trzy odseparowane strefy oczyszczania: • osadnik wstępny, • strefa biologiczna, • osadnik wtórny. b) sterowanie, służące do ustawiania pracy oraz sygnalizujące ewentualne awarie.
