Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane, realizowane w formie „Zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, polegające na zaprojektowaniu wraz z mapami do celów projektowych, z badaniami geotechnicznymi, uzyskaniem niezbędnych uzgodnień, dostawie, montażu i uruchomieniu przydomowych biologicznych oczyszczalni ścieków (PBOŚ)legitymujących się certyfikatem na zgodność z normą EN 12566-3 +A2:2013; Oczyszczalnie będą zlokalizowane w miejscowościach położonych na terenie Gminy Nasielsk w ilości 56 sztuk przewidzianych do realizacji we wskazanych miejscowościach. Zakres robót obejmuje budowę biologicznej oczyszczalni ścieków w technologii SBR, z przyłączeniami kanalizacji sanitarnej z budynku, odprowadzeniem ścieków oczyszczonych, zasilaniem elektrycznym, rozruchem technicznym i technologicznym, wykonaniem dokumentacji powykonawczej. Wymaga się, aby częstotliwość wywozu osadów z oczyszczalni ścieków objętych zamówieniem była nie większa niż jeden raz na rok. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Programie Funkcjonalno – Użytkowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
