1. Zadanie pn.: „Budowa sieci kanalizacji deszczowej na działkach ewidencyjnych nr 38/85, 38/86, 38/87, 38/5, 37/4 oraz 34/23, obręb 118 w ramach przebudowy ulicy Popiełuszki w planie miasta Olsztyn” zostało podzielone przez Zamawiającego na II Etapy. 2. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest wykonanie I ETAPU Zadania pn.: „Budowa sieci kanalizacji deszczowej na działkach ewidencyjnych nr 38/85, 38/86, 38/87, 38/5, 37/4 oraz 34/23, obręb 118 w ramach przebudowy ulicy Popiełuszki w planie miasta Olsztyn.” 3. ETAP I przedmiotowego zadania obejmuje następujący zakres prac: 1) budowa odcinka kanalizacji deszczowej wraz z wpustami i przykanalikami na odcinku od Dist. do D12, z wyłączeniem budowy studni D12. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: 1) Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy stanowiące Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ, 2) Umowa o dofinansowanie dla projektu stanowiąca Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. 3) Dokumentacja projektowa, w której zawarto opis zakresu robót dla poszczególnych (obydwu) ETAPÓW zadania: Projekt Budowlany zgodnie ze zgłoszeniem z dnia 03.03.2026 r., projekty techniczne wraz ze szczegółowymi specyfikacjami technicznymi wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych stanowiące Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 4) Pomocniczy przedmiar robót zawierający zakres prac objętych ETAPEM I stanowiący Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
