1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa sieci wodociągowej i sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w ul. Serdecznej i ul. Ogrodniczej w Żorach. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia opisany został w ust. 4 SWZ "Opis przedmiotu zamówienia". 2. Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w załączonej do SWZ dokumentacji projektowej z zaświadczeniem o braku podstaw do wniesienia sprzeciwu ws. zgłoszenia budowy, pozwoleniami na budowę, specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest realizować przedmiot zamówienia zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami i wiedzą techniczną, określonymi m.in. ustawą z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane (tj. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 524 z późn. zm.) przy zachowaniu należytej staranności, właściwej organizacji pracy oraz zasad BHP.
