Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) wybudowanie sieci wodociągowej z rur o średnicy DN80 o długości około 45,77m; b) wybudowanie sieci wodociągowej z rur o średnicy DN100 o długości około 29,15m (w tym 27,45 metodą bezwykopową – przewiertem sterowanym); c) wybudowanie sieci wodociągowej z rur o średnicy DN150 o długości około 1609,98m (w tym 170,38m przeznaczonej do metody bezwykopowej); d) wybudowanie / przepięcie przyłączy wodociągowych: - o średnicy 32/3,0mm do realizacji metodą wykopu otwartego o długości 1114,92 m; - o średnicy 32/3,0mm do realizacji metodą wykopu otwartego o długości 56,63 m; - o średnicy 32/3,0mm do realizacji metodą bezwykopową o długości 50,34m; - o średnicy 40/3,7mm do realizacji metodą wykopu otwartego o długości 15,99m; - o średnicy 50/4,6mm do realizacji metodą wykopu otwartego o długości 119,69 m; - o średnicy 63/5,8mm do realizacji metodą wykopu otwartego o długości 214,81 m; - o średnicy 75/6,8mm do realizacji metodą wykopu otwartego o długości 51,6m; e) likwidacji sieci wodociągowej poprzez demontaż o długości około 510,6 m; f) likwidacji sieci wodociągowej poprzez wypełnienie pianobetonem o długości 939,4 m; g) odtworzenie nawierzchni; h) wycinka drzew i krzewów oraz nasadzenia rekompensacyjne wraz z pielęgnacją.
