The subject of the order is the development of geological work design for the execution of an exploratory borehole for groundwater (ultimately a deep well) on plot no. 2667/1 in the village of Harbutowice, drilling of the exploratory borehole in accordance with the geological work design prepared and approved by the District Governor and the Ordering Party's requirements. In the event of positive drilling results: ▪ documentation of groundwater resources, ▪ development of a water law permit application along with a request for a water law permit, ▪ obtaining a legally binding water law permit for the construction of a water intake structure and for water abstraction from the intake, ▪ development of an environmental information card along with a request for an environmental decision - if required, ▪ execution of a protective casing for the drilled borehole, ▪ execution of technical equipment for the well along with necessary installations ▪ design and execution of a technological pipeline from the well to the Water Treatment Plant, approximately 620 m long, made of PE 110 SDR 11 pipe, on plots 2667/1, 2691 in Harbutowice, ▪ obtaining a legally binding permit/notification for the construction of the PE 110 SDR 11 technological pipeline (connection from the deep well to the WTP), ▪ carrying out post-construction geodesic inventory. 2. The depth of the exploratory borehole will be up to 100 m. 3. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the state budget under the Population Protection and Civil Defense Program for the years 2025-2026, within area 2 Logistic Security and ensuring continuity of supply, pursuant to agreement no. 148.5.5/IBW/OLiOC/2026 between the Małopolski Voivode and Gmina Sułkowice, which is an attachment to the Specification of the Terms of Reference. 4. The detailed scope of planned works is described in the functional-utility program, which is an attachment to the specification of essential terms of reference. 5.
