Construction of a multi-level car park within the Green Science Zone at Al. Roździeńskiego 14 in Katowice

1) The subject of the order is the execution of construction works for a multi-level car park, including the development of the adjacent area, reconstruction of networks, and supply and installation of devices within the investment task entitled: "Construction of a multi-level car park within the Green Science Zone". 2) Basic characteristics of the facility: a) built-up area: 757.98 m2; b) usable area: 4,848.91 m2; c) volume: 17,205.20 m3; d) building height: 20.70 m; e) number of floors: 1 underground and 6 above ground. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the technical documentation (attachment No. 2 to the SWZ), which includes: the construction design (architectural and construction design, land development design, technical designs), execution designs, and technical specifications for performance and acceptance of works for individual trades, decision No. RBDEC – 0415/2025 of the Mayor of Katowice of 19.08.2025 approving the architectural and construction design and granting a building permit for a multi-level garage building with installation equipment at Al. Roździeńskiego 14 in Katowice, (as part of the construction project including the construction of the University of Silesia Biotechnology and Biodiversity Center and a multi-level garage and development of the adjacent area – for which decision No. RBDEC-262/2025 of the Mayor of Katowice of May 29, 2025 approved the land development design presenting the entire construction project, decision No. RBDEC-0065/2026 approving the land development design and granting a building permit for an alternative section of the power grid (defined as the reconstruction of medium-voltage power grid sections (interchanges) in connection with the construction of a multi-level garage and development of the adjacent area) at Al. Roździeńskiego 14 in Katowice, and with other decisions, opinions, and agreements obtained during the design work, which documents, together with the contract (attachment No. 3 to the SWZ), should be considered together. 4) Order completion date: up to 17 months from the date of protocol handover of the construction site. The construction site will be handed over within 10 working days from the date of signing the Contract. 5) The contractor will provide: a minimum of 60-month warranty for the executed construction works. Required warranty period for installed materials, equipment, etc.: not shorter than the warranty provided for the works, and if the manufacturer's warranty is longer – according to the manufacturer's warranty, starting from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the order. The warranty period is in accordance with the warranty period offered by the Contractor for the executed construction works, but not shorter than 60 months. 6) The contracting authority does not foresee awarding contracts for similar construction works within the meaning of Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 7) The contracting authority informs that preliminary market consultations have not been conducted. 8) The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial offers. 9) The contractor whose offer is recognized as the most advantageous will be obliged to provide security for the proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the price for the performance of the order indicated in the Contractor's offer before signing the contract.
