Rodzaj zamowienia: Works
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa zielonej infrastruktury przestrzeni publicznych w Zamościu. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia realizowany jest w ramach projektu pn. „Rewitalizacja i monitoring przestrzeni publicznej”, który jest współfinansowany w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubelskiego 2021 – 2027, Działanie 11.2 Ochrona dziedzictwa naturalnego, bezpieczeństwo i zrównoważony rozwój turystyki obszarów miejskich i ich obszarów funkcjonalnych w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych (typ 1, 2, 3), Priorytetu XI Rozwój zrównoważony terytorialnie. 3. Przedmiotowe zadanie inwestycyjne obejmuje: 1) wykonanie dwóch pojemników z zielenią w formie donicy murowanej, z cegły klinkierowej, posadowione na fundamencie, z miejscami odpoczynku w postaci zespolonych ławek, nasadzenie nowego drzewa, wokół którego postawiona zostanie okrągła ławka, przytwierdzona do nawierzchni zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznej - na jednej kwarcie Rynku Nowego Miasta w Zamościu. Teren przeznaczony pod inwestycję znajduje się w granicach strefy „B” ochrony konserwatorskiej zachowanych elementów zabytkowych (100%); 2) utworzenie miejsca wypoczynku z wykorzystaniem elementów zielonej infrastruktury: montaż obiektu małej architektury tj. pergoli z przytwierdzonym okrągłym stolikiem i ławkami, dwóch ławek z oparciem, huśtawki, stojaka dla rowerów, kosza na śmieci i oświetlenia naziemnego LED, nasadzenia drzew, krzewów, pnączy oraz traw ozdobnych - teren zielony nad Łabuńką od strony ulicy Weteranów w Zamościu; 3) zazielenienie przystanku autobusowego przy Al. Jana Pawła II w Zamościu z zachowaniem istniejącej bryły, z rozszczelnieniem gruntu i wykonaniem podpory dla planowanych nasadzeń zieleni. 4. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu umowy oraz warunki realizacji inwestycji zawarty jest w: 1) projekcie zagospodarowania terenu - Budowa zielonej infrastruktury przestrzeni publicznych w Zamościu, 2) projekcie wykonawczym - Budowa zielonej infrastruktury przestrzeni publicznych w Zamościu, 3)
