The order includes the preparation of design documentation based on traffic measurements and the construction of traffic light signals. 1. The subject of the order consists of two stages and includes the development of design documentation based on traffic measurements, obtaining necessary approvals for the documentation, obtaining all permits, licenses, and authorizations required by law, and submitting a notification (Stage I) and the execution of construction works (Stage II) related to the construction of traffic light signals at the pedestrian crossing on Armii Krajowej Street at the intersection with Starbacicha Street. a) Within STAGE I of the order, the Contractor shall prepare complete, comprehensive design documentation in accordance with the conditions set forth in the PFU – Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. Detailed information related to this is included in the PFU - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. b) Stage II of the order includes the construction of traffic light signals at the pedestrian crossing on Armii Krajowej Street at the intersection with Starbacicha Street in Skierniewice based on the prepared design documentation, approved in accordance with technical requirements and other documentation gathered in Stage I. The Contractor also ensures full surveying services and as-built inventory. NOTE: 1) Wherever the subject of the order is described by indicating trademarks, patents, origin, manufacturer, or other designations that may identify a specific product. The Ordering Party allows the Contractor to use equivalent solutions to those described in the PFU, provided that they have at least the same or better technical and functional parameters and do not reduce the specified in the documentation
