I. OBJECTIVE OF THE CONTRACT
The Tax Administration Service (SAR) has a national presence in various departments of the country, providing taxpayers with the necessary services to comply with their duties as citizens of Honduras. In the city of Choluteca, the SAR has a building located within the historic center of the city, which holds high historical value for this institution and the country.
In light of the above, and considering that said property currently has problems with its roof system, due to it being an old structure whose useful life has ended, the need arises to contract a specialized company to carry out its replacement. II. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The process aims to contract a specialized company for the roof replacement of the Choluteca Departmental Directorate property.
2. The work must be executed in accordance with the technical specifications, scope, and conditions established in this document, ensuring the correct execution of the work, quality of materials, safety, and compliance with the established deadlines.
3. The supplier will be responsible for the total supply of materials, preliminary activities and works, transportation, handling, and hiring of all required labor.
4. Construction materials used during the work must be new and of first quality, acquired by the contractor.
5. Acceptance of the work will be subject to verification of compliance with the technical specifications and contractual conditions established by the responsible area designated by the Tax Administration Service.
