Original language: GermanDie Fachhochschule Potsdam schreibt als Verfahrensbevollmächtige mit diesem Vergabeverfahren eine Rahmenvereinbarung für ihren Bedarf und dem Bedarf weiterer Auftraggeber bzw. Bezugsberechtigten aus. Diese Rahmenvereinbarung dient der flexiblen Beschaffung von Produkten des Herstellers Cisco Systems und der Sicherstellung verschiedener Systemserviceleistungen. Es werden hierüber Systeme als Ersatz oder der Erweiterung des Bestandes mit Produkten des Herstellers beschafft, die aufgrund herstellerspezifischer Funktionen und Schnittstellen sowie lizenzrechtlicher Aspekte nur durch Original-Produkte dieses Herstellers abgedeckt werden können. Die vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen können detailliert dem Vertragsdokument "Teil A Rahmenvereinbarung" entnommen werden. Die Auftraggeber sind dort unter dem Pkt.1.6" aufgeführt. Die Vergabe erfolgt in Mengenlosen wie folgt: Los 1 Berlin Los 2 Brandenburg Los 3 Sachsen-Anhalt Als Vertragsgrundlage für die Einzelabrufe wird ein EVB-IT-Systemlieferungsvertrag vereinbart, da bei der Umsetzung von Migrationsvorhaben projektspezifische Leistungen zu einem nicht unwesentlichen Eingriff in das bestehende Gesamtsystem führen können.
