Auf dieser Liegenschaft befinden sich vier miteinander verbundene Gebäudeteile: Bauteil A, B, C und D. Alle Gebäudeteile sind unterkellert. Bauteil A und B stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Bauteil A – Altbau: Bauphase von 1875 – 1878 Geschosshöhen: UG – 3,68 m, EG – 6,24 m, 1.OG – 6,49 m, 2.OG – 4,72 m, DG -3,50m - Bauteil B – Altbau: Baubeginn Juli 1996, Fertigstellung Dezember 2000 Geschosshöhen: UG – 3,68 m, EG – 4,94 m, 1.OG – 4,10 m, ZG – 4,14 m, 2.OG – 3,68m, DG – 4,35 m Bauteil C – Erweiterungsbau I: Baubeginn Juli 1996, Fertigstellung Dezember 2000 Geschosshöhen: UG – 3,66 m, EG – 4,20 m, 1.OG – 3,15 m, 2.OG – 3,15 m, 3.OG – 3,15 m, 4.OG – 3,15 m, 5.OG – 3,76 m Bauteil D – Erweiterungsbau II: Baubeginn: März 2003, Fertigstellung: Mitte 2005 Geschosshöhen: UG – 3,66 m, EG – 4,20 m, 1.OG – 3,15 m, 2.OG – 3,15 m, 3.OG – 3,15 m, 4.OG – 3,15 m, 5.OG – 3,76 m Hauptnutzfläche: 20.364 m² - Auftraggeber/in, Nutzer/in: Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) vertreten durch das Bundesamt für Bauwesen und Raumordnung (BBR) - Gebäudenutzung (z.
