Original language: GermanDiese Vorinformation umfasst mehrere Gewerke bzw. Leistungen bzw. verschiedene Planungsleistungen.
Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen innerhalb einer denkmalgeschützten Anlage. Schaffung von insgesamt sechs familiengerechten, tlw. barrierefreien FeWo. Der neuzeitlich ergänze Anbau der Burggaststätte wird abgerissen und durch einen modernen Neubau ersetzt. Die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (ELT+HLS) wird erneuert. Es erfolgt eine energetische Sanierung, soweit im denkmalgeschützten Bestand möglich. Der bauliche Brandschutz wird ertüchtigt, Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit durchgeführt. Im Endausbau der Maßnahme werden die Frei- und Verkehrsanlagen hergerichtet.
