Bus route operation in the Donnersbergkreis route bundle

The subject of this tender are the transport services required to ensure adequate transport provision in local public bus transport (BPNV) within the responsibility of the concession authorities. The services to be awarded are to be provided on the following routes. Service module A Scheduled service (basic offer, alternative drive [HVO-100 Diesel]): - Route 900: Donnersberg line: Winnweiler – Donnersberg – Kirchheimbolanden (seasonal service on weekends from 01.04.-31.10.) - Route 901: Rockenhausen – Dannenfels – Kirchheimbolanden - Route 902: Wendelsheim – Kriegsfeld – Kirchheimbolanden – Marnheim – Göllheim – Eisenberg - Route 903: Winnweiler – Imsbach – Münchweiler – Sippersfeld – Dreisen – Kirchheimbolanden - Route 904: Kirchheimbolanden – Zellertal – Göllheim – Eisenberg (only during school hours) - Route 905: Falkenstein – Imsbach – Winnweiler – Lohnsfeld – Wartenberg-Rohrbach – Sembach – Enkenbach-Alsenborn (only during school hours) - Route 906: Rockenhausen – Dannenfels – Dreisen – Eisenberg (only during school hours) - Route 907: Kirchheimbolanden – Stetten – Ilbesheim – Morschheim (only during school hours) - Route 908/909: Obermoschel – Alsenz – Rockenhausen – Winnweiler - Route 910: Winnweiler – Steinbach – Dreisen – Bolanden – Kirchheimbolanden - Route 911: Rockenhausen – Gundersweiler – Gehrweiler – Lohnsfeld – Winnweiler - Route 912: Rockenhausen – Imsweiler – Reichsthal – Reipoltskirchen – Nußbach – Hefersweiler (only during school hours) - Route 913: Alsenz – Obermoschel – Finkenbach-Gehrsweiler – Dörrmoschel – Rockenhausen (only during school hours) - Route 914: Alsenz – Münsterappel – Gaugrehweiler – Gerbach – Rockenhausen - Route 915: Alsenz – Obermoschel – Finkenbach-Gehrsweiler – Ransweiler – Rockenhausen (only during school hours) - Route 921: Bischheim – Kirchheimbolanden – Marnheim – Albisheim – Zellertal – Monsheim - Route 923: Winnweiler – Sippersfeld – Dreisen – Göllheim – Eisenberg (only during school hours) - Route 927: Kirchheimbolanden town service Service module D - Scheduled service regional main line (basic offer, alternative drive [Electric]): - Route 920: Kirchheimbolanden – Marnheim – Dreisen – Göllheim – Eisenberg (regional main line) Option: Service module D1 - On-demand transport (basic offer, alternative drives (Electric) The qualitative and operational requirements to be observed within the framework of the transport contract in addition to the timetable scope to ensure adequate transport provision are set out in the provisions of the local transport plans of the contracting authorities and the Joint Local Transport Plan of the Rhein-Neckar Transport Association (VRN) (the chapters on quality and quality assurance within the framework of the GNVP of the VRN are to be observed in this regard). Based on the statutes on a uniform tariff system within the Rhein-Neckar Transport Association (General Regulation), the VRN tariff system, including all transitional tariff regulations, must be applied. The currently valid local transport plan for the Donnersbergkreis district is the essential basis for the conception of new services. The use of buses with alternative drive systems must be implemented throughout the entire route bundle. An automatic passenger counting system must be used to determine the demand values for the route bundle.
