Original language: GermanIm Stadtteil Kerbersdorf besteht keine bedarfskonforme Gemeinschaftseinrichtung. Das alte, unter Denkmalschutz stehende, Gemeindehaus soll zukünftig zu einer multifunktional nutzbaren Gemeinschaftseinrichtung umgebaut werden. Der Planungsauftrag gliedert sich in 2 Teile. Das "Alte Gemeindehaus" soll in seiner Grundsubstanz erhalten bleiben und soll künftig den Anforderungen an eine öffentliche Begegnungsstätte für Vereine und Bürger/innen erfüllen. Zudem soll ein Anbau für die Feuerwehr in bzw. an das Multifunktionshaus integriert werden. Zu diesem Zwecke werden durch das Magistrat der Stadt Bad Soden-Salmünster stufenweise Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI in den Anlagengruppen 1, 2 und 3 (HLS) vergeben.
