Le présent marché public porte sur la désignation d’une agence de voyages offrant des prestations en matière de réservation et d’émission de billets de transport pour des déplacements à l’étranger. Le marché se rapporte aux voyages effectués à l’étranger : - Par les membres du personnel du SPF Affaires étrangères, Commerce extérieur et Coopération au Développement ; - Par le Ministre des Affaires étrangères et les membres de sa cellule stratégique ; - Par des personnes externes qui accomplissent des misisons pour le compte du SPF Affaires étrangères. Le marché comprend deux volets : 1. les services d’agence de voyages proprement dits : support aux personnes qui réservent les titres de transport au sein du SPF Affaires étrangères, recherches d’itinéraires, réservations et émissions de titres de transport, assistance aux passagers et services additionnels (bagages, seating, …) ; 2. la mise à disposition d’une plateforme électronique permettant la consultation de l’offre du secteur aérien (en ce compris les low cost) et du secteur ferroviaire (au niveau international) par les membres du personnel du SPF Affaires étrangères.
