Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych w ramach inwestycji pn. „Wsparcie rozwoju gospodarczego obszaru rewitalizacji poprzez zagospodarowanie terenu Rynku Maślanego w Nowym Sączu” – w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” obejmujące: 1. opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz uzyskanie wszelkich niezbędnych uzgodnień, opinii, decyzji administracyjnych i pozwoleń wymaganych do realizacji Inwestycji; 2. wykonanie robót budowlanych określonych w dokumentacji projektowej, dostaw, montażu, uruchomień, prób, rozruchów, przekazanie kompletnej dokumentacji powykonawczej oraz wykonanie wszelkich innych świadczeń koniecznych do osiągnięcia celu; 3. uzyskanie wszystkich wymaganych decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie, w tym dla Etapu I oraz dla Etapów II i III; 4. pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego przez cały okres realizacji inwestycji.
