1. Порівняння пропозицій учасників проводиться без урахування розміру податку на додану вартість. Учасник зазначає загальну ціну без ПДВ.

2. Учасник, пропозиція якого за результатами оцінки електронною системою закупівель визначена економічно вигідною, обов’язково повинен надати на електронну адресу замовника: SheYN@rnpp.atom.gov.ua із зазначенням предмета закупівлі та ідентифікатора закупівлі (у форматі UA-2026-ХХ-ХХ-ХХХХХХ-Y) не пізніше 2 робочих днів з моменту оцінки, наступні документи:
- заповнений проект договору,
- заповнену специфікацію відповідно до додатку до договору.

3. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.

4. Необхідний строк поставки товарів:
Поставка товару здійснюється партіями, 3 рази на тиждень, а саме: кожен понеділок до 9:00 години ранку, кожну середу до 9:00 години ранку, кожну п’ятницю до 9:00 години ранку. Кількість, асортимент та дата кожної партії товару визначається заявками Замовника, які направляються Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника, не пізніше ніж за 2 календарних дні до моменту поставки. Згідно розділу 3 «Строки і умови поставки» договору поставки.

5. Місце та умови поставки:
Місце поставки – База УРП м. Вараш, Рівненська область, на умовах DDP згідно правил «Інкотермс-2010». При здійсненні поставки товару допускається відхилення фактичних показників щодо загальної кількості, об’єму від зазначених у специфікації в меншу сторону, якщо це пов’язане з особливостями фасування або пакування, відвантаження товару, при цьому максимальний розмір допустимого відхилення не може перевищувати 0,5 % від зазначеного у специфікації.
