Repair of CAF vehicle traction converter resistor units, under a single service contract (service order) Total quantity: 10 pcs/delivery The detailed specification of the part to be repaired is included in the Price Table, and the detailed description of the task is included in the Technical Specification. During the repair, the tenderer must restore the original technical parameters of the parts and their corresponding operational condition so that they are fully suitable for further use. The contracting authority will provide the winning tenderer with the opportunity to inspect the part to be repaired before the repair begins, if requested, in accordance with the draft contract which forms part of the public procurement documents. The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). In their offer, the tenderer must declare, with legal effect: - acceptance of the general technical and contractual requirements and warranty conditions, - the duration of the warranty provided (at least 12 months), - the repair deadline (maximum 30 working days), - that the tenderer or its subcontractor performing the repair has the necessary equipment, special machines, and assembly materials to carry out the repairs. - that it qualifies as a transparent organization within the meaning of Section 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets, undertakes to prove this upon request by the contracting authority, will ensure transparency continuously during the term of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, will promptly notify the contracting authority in writing of any changes, and acknowledges that the contracting authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these obligations, and that a contract concluded on the basis of an untrue declaration is void. In their offer, the tenderer must declare whether the prohibition on awarding the public procurement contract, as defined in Article 5k (1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, applies to their offer.
