En caso de presentarse un empate entre 2 o más ofertas, ello se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio PRECIO.Si aplicando la fórmula anterior aún persiste el empate entreoferentes, dicha situación se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje criterio CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS, DESARROLLO LOCAL.

Las consultas sobre la adjudicación deberán realizarse dentro del plazo fatal de 3 días hábiles contados desde la publicación en el Sistema de Información www.mercadopublico.cl, a través del correo electrónicomercadopublico@munilituechel.cl.

Subsanación de errores u omisiones formales

Una vez realizada la apertura electrónica de las ofertas, la entidad licitante podrá solicitar a los oferentes que salven errores u omisiones formales, siempre y cuando las rectificaciones de dichos vicios u omisiones no les confieran a esos oferentes una situación de privilegio respecto de los demás competidores, esto es, en tanto no se afecten los principios de estricta sujeción a las bases y de igualdad de los oferentes, y se informe de dicha solicitud al resto de los oferentes, a través del Sistema de Información www.mercadopublico.cl.
