Description

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements and expectations for the calibration services to be performed at Clinical Trial Material Facility (CTMF). The contract will be for a total potential duration of three (3) years, consisting of three (3) one-year terms, commencing in September 2026. Also required will be optional services for Emergency Calibration Services in case of service interruptions.

The calibration services are critical to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and continued compliance of the Client’s equipment with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements. Emergency calibration services may be required on an as-and-when-requested basis to address urgent operational needs, equipment issues, or compliance-related requirements. This SOW is issued as part of an open competitive bid process to select a qualified Service Provider.

1- The vendor will be responsible for the calibration of all specified equipment in Annex 1 – List of Equipment used in the CTMF for bio-manufacturing operations.
