Original language: GermanDie BKK firmus ist für ihre Kunden über eine Telefonische Hotline erreichbar. Gemäß §§ 13 bis 15 des Sozialgesetzbuches (SGB) I ist die BKK firmus verpflichtet, ihrer Auskunfts- und Beratungspflicht nachzukommen. Um die dafür erforderliche Erreichbarkeit sicherzustellen, sollen Anrufe, die nicht intern entgegengenommen werden können, an einen externen Dienstleister übergeben werden. Ziel der BKK firmus ist es, eine effektive, qualitativ hochwertige und serviceorientierte Kommunikation (kompetent, zuverlässig, empathisch) für ihre Kunden rund um die Uhr sicherzustellen. Dabei ist für den Zeitraum bis zum 31.12.2026 eine hohe Fallabschlussquote (first level support) von mindestens 75% und ab dem 01.01.2027 eine Fallabschlussquote von 60% mit einer Bearbeitung im BKK firmus-System 21c notwendig. Anrufer sind Versicherte der BKK firmus, Interessenten, Arbeitgeber, Leistungserbringer und sonstige Personen.
