Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_10794_ROAP | Type: Call for individual consultants The Consultant will provide professional advisory services to factories registered under the Better Work Pakistan (BWP) programme in Lahore, Sheikhapura, Sialkot, Kasur and Faisalabad, Punjab supporting sustainable improvements in labour standards compliance, workplace practices, and enterprise systems. Working under the guidance of the BWP Operations Team, the Consultant will conduct on-site advisory visits, provide tailored guidance to management and worker representatives, and support the implementation and monitoring of Improvement Plans through the Better Work Portal. The role includes delivering advisory-oriented coaching and training, facilitating constructive dialogue between management and workers, and documenting progress in line with BWP quality standards. The Consultant will also contribute to reporting, knowledge-sharing, and other programme initiatives, ensuring that advisory interventions effectively strengthen factory capacity, promote sound industrial relations, and support the programme’s overall objectives.
