Description

Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_8519_ROAP | Type: Call for individual consultants

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.

Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The ILO seeks an external collaborator to conduct a comprehensive institutional assessment of the six civil society and workers' organizations that form the consortium of a worker protection support programme.

The collaborator will assess each organization's capacity, governance, systems and effectiveness, and will analyse how the organizations interact with each other or beyond the consortium, the communication channels they use, opportunities for coordination, and their training and capacity-development needs.

The findings will inform the design of a consortium coordination platform, unified procedures and a capacity-building plan.

Deliverables comprise an inception report, a draft report, a stakeholder validation, and a final report with a prioritized institutional capacity-development plan.

The assignment is based in Yangon and conducted in a security-sensitive environment requiring a "Do No Harm" approach.

At least five years of relevant experience, institutional assessment expertise, and strong facilitation and English drafting skills are required; familiarity with the Myanmar context and labour practices is an advantage.

Candidates are required to propose the number of working days and the daily fee in their offer.

If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.

Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.

Thank you.
