The ILO Country Office for Viet Nam is seeking an international consultant to develop a research brief on green jobs and career development support for youth in Viet Nam, building on the ISOL/MOHA assessment and relevant sources.
Tasks:
(i) Review the assessment report and related materials;
ii) Prepare an outline with additional input from literature review;
iii) Develop a 15–20-page brief with key findings and actionable, system-wide recommendations; and
iv) Format, edit and finalize the brief.
Deliverables:
i) A research brief outline – 3 July 2026
ii) A draft research brief – 20 July 2026
iii) A finalized research brief – 10 August 2026.
