Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
a) Conduct desk research to get background information on activities implemented by RUFI and Opportunity bank under the framework of the PROSPECTs project.

This information may be obtained from project reports and other sources such as the ILO training manuals for the Course Making Finance Work for Refugees and Host Communities.
b) Interviews with senior executives of RUFI and Opportunity bank to understand the current state of implementation, challenges and key considerations and opportunities for scaling.
c) Interviews with beneficiaries to understand the impact of the interventions and the client’s experience with the interventions.
d) Review monitoring and evaluation reports to support the documentation of lessons learnt
e) Prepare full case studies for the interventions of RUFI and OBUL clearly highlighting impact and zooming into at least two success stories.
