Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
• Review existing programme documents, strategies, conceptual frameworks, theories of change, evaluation findings, internal working notes and other relevant materials made available by the ILO team, and identify the key strategic threads, gaps and convergence points that should inform the review.
• Support the MSME Branch team in conducting stakeholder interviews of the ILO’s entrepreneurship ecosystems work, including by developing questionnaires, structuring and synthesising notes, contributions and emerging ideas into coherent analytical material.
• Make proposals for increased integration of decent work considerations across ILO entrepreneurship ecosystems interventions and provide relevant operational recommendations for programme implementation, in line with the Organization’s tripartite mandate.
• Summarize and present interim findings and draft outputs to the ILO MSME Branch team and seek further guidance to refine the analysis; address feedback and finalise all deliverables to the satisfaction of the ILO.
• Throughout the assignment period, participate in selected online consultation meetings with ILO HQ and field specialists to ensure alignment, gather inputs and validate emerging directions.
Work items that have been produced by the ILO team (e.g. preliminary reviews, mappings and assessment reports) should be integrated as key inputs for the consultant’s work.
