The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.

• Lead technical adaptation and customization of the Workverse VR platform for Uganda.
• Ensure seamless integration of VR content, interactive features, and user pathways.
• Collaborate with youth, artists, and institutional partners to implement co-created VR experiences.
• Support pilot testing, collect feedback, and iteratively refine platform functionalities.
• Align platform design with national priorities and institutional adoption strategies.
• Contribute to scale-up, long-term sustainability, and documentation of the Workverse as a tool for inclusive labour market development.
