Call for External Collaborator – Recruitment of External collaborators (Trainers) to Facilitate Civic Education, Moral Rearmament and National Integration Trainings for Youths Along the Ring Road – North-West Region

The selected consultant will facilitate a series of three-day training sessions in each assigned council area within their chosen pool. Each council will target a minimum of 50 youths, organized into groups of not more than 50 participants per session, implying that at least two sessions will be conducted per council to meet the required coverage. In implementing this assignment, the consultant will work closely with the decentralized services of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education (MINJEC) to ensure effective participant mobilization and inclusive representation. The trainings will be delivered using participatory and learner-centered approaches, including discussions, practical exercises, and action planning, to encourage active engagement and strengthen learning outcomes. The consultant will also be responsible for coordinating all training activities, managing training materials, and liaising with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across the targeted council areas. Upon completion, the consultant will submit detailed reports, attendance records, photographic evidence, and supporting documentation to justify the use of funds. Overall, the assignment requires strong facilitation skills and a commitment to promoting civic responsibility, youth engagement, and social cohesion in the target communities.
