Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support the preparation and delivery of the upgraded TRANSFORM training on Shock-Responsive Social Protection, covering the overall SRSP component and the specific components of climate change, displacement and conflict sensitivity. The consultant will ensure that the required training materials are prepared and ready for use, supervise and support the master trainers during the delivery of the training, and produce a final analytical report. The report will include the main findings, lessons learned and specific recommendations to inform future SRSP trainings in Portuguese. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
