Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_9412_ROAF | Type: Call for individual consultants Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support the assessment on the state of labour market and migration information systems (LMMIS) in the ECOWAS region. The assignment includes conducting a literature review to identify existing surveys and administrative data across ECOWAS Member States; mapping exercise to identify existing surveys and statistical databases and different mechanisms; appraising mapped databases and mechanisms used to produce these data against international standards in labour market statistics such as the 19th, 20th and 21st ICLS ; providing guidance to the national consultants, whose reports will be used to produce the ECOWAS diagnostic report ; and undertaking key informant interviews with LMMIS stakeholders, including social partners at national and regional levels. The consultant will also facilitate coordination among national and regional stakeholders, including employers and workers’ organizations, and support the organization of the validation workshop to ensure national and regional ownership of findings.
