Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment aims to provide technical support to the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection (MFLSP) and the ILO, including conducting a preliminary needs assessment, legislative impact assessment and cost estimation related to the ratification and implementation of the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 2006 (No. 187), in accordance with Articles 12.1.2, 12.1.3 and 12.1.4 of the Law on Legislation. A total of 40 working days is foreseen for the assignment, covering the period from 20 September to 15 November 2026, and structured around four key deliverables, including inception report, draft assessment report, validation workshop presentation and final report.
