Opdrachtgever: Ministerie van Algemene Zaken
Het bieden van full-service campagnedienstverlening door de inzet van eigen of extern aangetrokken specialisten, die op basis van beleids- en communicatiedoelstellingen en doelgroep- en gedragsinzichten effectieve crossmediale campagnes voor de Rijksoverheid ontwikkelen, realiseren en continu optimaliseren, met een sterke focus op strategie, creatie en projectmanagement, voor campagnes die bij DPC zijn aangemeld volgens de geldende aanmeldprocedure.
Opdrachtnemer moet in staat zijn om maatwerk te bieden aan een scala aan Nadere opdrachtgevers in een politiek bestuurlijke context, diverse vormen van dienstverlening, verschillende wijzen van organisatie van de samenwerking met Nadere opdrachtgever en verscheidenheid in prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.
